Ingredients:
- Fish fillet
- Carrots – 3 pieces (medium size)
- Onions – 2 pcs. (medium size)
- Bell pepper – 2 pcs.
- Ketchup – 3 tbsp.
- Dill – 1 tbsp
- Garlic – 1 small head
- Salt and spices – to taste
- Tomato – 2 pcs.
- Cheese – 250 g
- Mayonnaise
Method of preparation:
1. Grate carrots, dice onions, fry until golden brown, add pepper, tomato, garlic, ketchup, water, spices, and simmer over low heat.
2. Put the fish fillet on a baking sheet, top with the frying, grated cheese, mayonnaise, and herbs, and cook in the oven at 180-190 C until tender.
