How to cook fillet to make it very juicy and tasty: we share the recipe
One of the most popular and healthy products is fillet. It can be used to make chops, cutlets, and salads. It can also be baked deliciously with vegetables, cheese, or simply fried.
The chef shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious fried fillet with cream and turmeric.
Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet 1 pc.
- Salt, black pepper (to taste)
- Cream 33% 100-150 ml
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Tomato 2 pcs (without skin)
- Spinach bunch
- Garlic 4-5 cloves
- Rosemary 2 sprigs
Method of preparation:
1. Divide the chicken fillet into two parts, and sprinkle with salt and pepper on both sides. Fry in vegetable oil (add garlic and rosemary) for 3 minutes on each side, turning every minute.
2. Using a paper towel, remove the oil from the pan, turn the heat to low, put the meat back in, and pour in the cream, add turmeric and salt and pepper to taste.
3. When the cream begins to thicken, add the washed spinach and turn off the heat, stir, and cover for 2 minutes.
