Ingredients:
- Potatoes - 500 g
- Butter - 50 g
- Milk - 50 ml
- Garlic - 1 clove.
- Oil - 20 ml
- Greens - 10 g
Method of preparation:
1. Mash the boiled potatoes and then rub them through a sieve. This will make the mashed potatoes very tender and smooth.
2. Put the mashed potatoes in a saucepan and cook over low heat, gradually adding butter and oil, stirring constantly. On the principle of custard.
3. Remove from heat, add milk and mix thoroughly. Add the garlic and herbs. Stir again.
