How to cook any fish fillet in a tasty and original way: a recipe for a healthy dish for dinner

Ingredients:
- Fish fillet (pollock, pike perch, cod, tilapia to choose from) - 400 g
- Onion - 200 g
- Sour cream - 300 g
- Salt, pepper, oil
Method of preparation:
1️. Cut the onion into half rings and fry until tender in vegetable oil.
2️. Add the fish pieces to the onion and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side.
3️. Add sour cream, salt, pepper and simmer over low heat under a lid for 15 minutes.
Sprinkle with herbs when serving!
