Chicken fillets are often tough, dry and not juicy. To make the meat juicy, chefs recommend cooking it with cheese, vegetables, and herbs.

The cook shared a recipe for a delicious and juicy fillet with tomatoes, cheese and spices on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • 2 pcs. chicken fillets (small)
  • salt, seasoning for chicken
  • 1-2 pieces of tomato
  • 100 g of suluguni or mozzarella cheese
  • spinach leaves
  • oil
  • a sprig of cherry tomatoes

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the fillet in half, but do not cut it all the way through. Season with salt and sprinkle with chicken seasoning. Turn over and do the same.

2. Slice the tomatoes and slices of suluguni or mozzarella cheese.

3. Put the sliced tomatoes and cheese inside the fillets alternately. Put spinach leaves on top and fasten each fillet with toothpicks.

4. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the fillets on both sides until golden brown, 4-5 minutes. Add a sprig of cherry tomatoes to the pan.

5. After the fillet is fried, put it in the oven for 15 minutes in the same pan!
