Ingredients:
- chicken weighing up to 1.2 kg
- 1 head of garlic
- 50 g of fresh ginger
- 75 g of honey
- zest and juice of 2 oranges
- some fresh or dried hot pepper
- 300-400 ml of soy sauce
For stuffing:
- 1/2 orange + 1 head of garlic
Method of preparation:
1. For the marinade, mix chopped garlic, ginger, honey, orange zest and juice, hot pepper and soy sauce.
2. Put the chicken in it and put it in the refrigerator overnight, turning it over several times.
3. Put the orange slices and garlic clove inside and secure the legs.
4. Bake at 160 C for 1.5 hours.
