How to bake red fish deliciously for dinner: the most successful recipe
Red fish is a very tasty and valuable product that can be baked and salted. It is worth noting that red fish is cooked in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
The chef shared a recipe for delicious baked red fish with spices and vegetables on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- Red fish - 800 g
- Boiled potatoes - 3 pcs.
- Sweet pepper - 1 pc.
- Olives - 50 g
- Olives - 50 g
- Lemon juice - 1/4 pc.
- Capers - 20 g
- Tomatoes - 1 pc (or cherry tomatoes 8 pcs)
- Mozzarella - 140 g
- Dried parsley - 1-2 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
- Sugar - 1/2 tsp
- Lemon pepper - 1 tsp
- Oil with herbs - tomato, garlic, basil - 80 ml.
Method of preparation:
1. Peel the fish from the bones and remove the skin. Cut into portions.
2. Add salt, pepper, lemon juice, sugar, dried parsley, and oil with herbs – tomato, garlic, basil – to the fish, which will give the dish an incredible flavor. Mix everything and leave for 10 minutes.
2. Boil the potatoes. Peel and cut into slices. Put on parchment, top with sliced bell peppers, and place on potatoes. Add the olives, capers, tomatoes, and cheese.
4. Put the fish on top. Drizzle with oil and wrap in parchment, cook in the oven at 190 C for 20-25 minutes.
