A chef shared a recipe for a delicious baked dorado with spices and herb sauce on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- dorado - 2 pcs
- lemon zest - 1/2 tsp
- green basil - 1 tsp
- mint - 1/2 tsp (fresh)
- olive oil - 2 tbsp
- salt and black pepper to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Leaving the joints near the tail, remove the head, spine and small bones of the fish.
2. Salt and pepper the fish on all sides. Grind the herbs with olive oil, rub the fish with the mixture and bake at 180 C (top/bottom mode) for 20 minutes.
3. Serve the fish with Mexican salsa or just a vegetable salad!
