How to bake fish deliciously so that it remains healthy and very juicy: you will need a lot of salt
Dorado is a very tasty and healthy fish that can be baked deliciously in the oven with vegetables, spices, and salt, or simply cooked on the grill. It is a fairly oily fish.
The chef shared on Instagram a recipe for deliciously baked dorado, with spices, and completely in salt.
Ingredients:
- Dorado 1 pc (can be with scales)
- Salt 1 kg
- Egg 1 pc (white)
- Water 50 ml
- Black pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Dorado should be cleaned of fins, the fish can be cooked with scales. Season with salt and pepper, you can put any spices inside the fish as desired, lemon, dill, fennel seeds, etc.
2. Add the water to the salt gradually, it should not have excess moisture, similar to wet snow.
3. Put a layer of salt on the parchment, put the fish on top, and cover it completely with salt. The thickness of the cocoon should be about 1 cm, bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 200C. It is more convenient to bake on the back of the baking sheet, so it will be easier to remove the finished dish.
A vegetable garnish is ideal; the fish is very juicy in this preparation.
