The cook shared a recipe for delicious baked fish on Instagram, on a bed of onions and with a delicious marinade.

Ingredients:

  • Oil - 50 ml.
  • Garlic - 2 cloves.
  • Spices for fish
  • Fish
  • Onions.

Method of preparation:

1. Clean the fish, make cuts so that the fish is well soaked and cooked.

2. Sauce: mix oil, grated garlic and spices. Pour over the fish.

3. Make a pillow of onions, put the fish on top and cook in the oven for 30 minutes at 180°C.

Melt the butter and brush the finished fish!
