How to bake dorado with vegetables deliciously: a recipe for dinner
Dorado is a very tasty and healthy fish that can be baked very quickly in the oven with vegetables and citrus fruits. And it's best served hot!
The cook shared a recipe for a delicious baked dorado with vegetables and spices on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- Dorado – 1-2 pcs.
- Tomatoes – 2 small or 1 large
- Green onions – 3 sprigs
- Blue onion – 1 pc.
- Orange – half
- Lemon – 2 slices (optional)
- Salt – 2 tsp
- Seasoning for fish – 1 tsp
- Pumpkin – 700 g (or more)
- Garlic – 1 pc
- Fresh ginger – 20 g
Method of preparation:
1. Make small cuts in the peeled dorado, add salt and pepper.
2. Finely chop the tomatoes and green onions and put this vegetable mixture inside the fish. Insert lemon slices into the cuts.
3. Cut the orange into rings, and cut the onion into rings.
4. Make a mold out of parchment, put the orange and onion on top, and put the dorado on top (it is better to grease the fish on top with oil). Grease a baking sheet with oil, put the chopped pumpkin and garlic, and pour oil over it.
5. Put the pumpkin on the lower tier, in a preheated oven to 170 C, and cook for 40 minutes. Leave the fish for 50 minutes or until golden brown.
