How to bake a juicy tenderloin for the holidays: the most delicious recipe that will impress everyone

Ingredients:
- pork tenderloin - 1.5 kg.
- lemon - 1 pc.
- sprigs of rosemary - 2 pcs.
- ground black pepper - 0.5 tsp.
- salt - 1.5 tsp.
- dried garlic - 1 tsp.
- ground coriander - 1 tsp.
- oil - 3 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Peel the pork tenderloin from fat and films. Put it in a bowl.
2. Cut off the thorns from the rosemary and chop finely.
3. Transfer to a bowl and add grated lemon zest, pepper, salt, ground garlic and coriander.
4. Pour in the oil and mix.
5. Add the spice mixture to the tenderloin and mix well to coat the meat.
6. Cover with foil and refrigerate for at least an hour and a half.
7. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (top and bottom with convection).
8. Place the tenderloin on a baking sheet or in a baking dish.
9. Bake for 40 minutes.A thin piece of tenderloin is baked for 25-30 minutes.
10. Put the cooked meat on a plate and cover well with foil. Leave to rest for 10-15 minutes and then cut.
