Hot dishes for the New Year's table: the recipe for the most delicious pork ribs in sauce
Pork ribs can be a great dish for any festive table. They can be cooked in different ways: braised in the oven, fried in a pan, and cooked over a fire.
The cook shared a recipe for delicious fried pork ribs in a delicious sauce on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- Pork ribs – 1.5 kg
- Cinnamon – 0.5 tbsp
- Peppercorns (I used a mixture) – 15-18 peas
- Cloves – 1 hour
- Chili pepper – 1 tsp
- Mustard seeds – 0.5 tbsp
- If available, add a little star anise
- Salt
- Pineapple juice – 1 liter
- Garlic – 3-4 cloves
- Barbecue sauce – 150 g
Method of preparation:
1. To begin with, divide the ribs into segments of 2-3 pieces.
2. Put them in a saucepan to stew, add spices. Pour the juice, add garlic and cook for about 1 hour. At this stage, you can try and add more spices that you like. The main thing is not to overcook the ribs, because they will fall apart!
3. Let them cool and reserve 50 g of the liquid in which the ribs were cooked. Mix this spicy mixture with the barbecue. This will be your basting sauce.
4. Put the ribs on the grill and fry them on both sides over low heat. The remaining fat should be melted off, the meat should be well warmed up and slightly browned.
5. Next, brush the ribs with the sauce and fry on both sides, but make sure that the meat does not burn.
