Ingredients:
- potatoes - 6 pcs.
- onion - 1 pc.
- eggs - 1 pc.
- salt and pepper - to taste
- oil for frying
For the sauce:
- chicken fillet - 1 pc.
- onion - 1 pc.
- mushrooms - 3-4 pcs.
- sour cream 20% - 100 ml
- salt - to taste
- pepper - to taste
- hard cheese - 50 g
Method of preparation:
1. For the pancakes: grate the potatoes and onions on a fine grater. Add the egg, salt and pepper. Mix well and fry the pancakes in a frying pan with vegetable oil until golden brown.

2. For the sauce: chop the chicken, onion, and mushrooms. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and fry everything, then add sour cream. Season to taste with spices and salt.
