The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for very satisfying and delicious hot sandwiches with mushrooms and cream cheese.
Ingredients:
- champignons - 500 g
- onion - 2 pcs.
- square toast bread - 12 pcs.
- dill - a small bunch
- hard cheese (preferably mozzarella) - 180-200 g
- cream cheese - 130-175 g
- salt to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Wash, peel and cut the mushrooms into small cubes. Cut the onion into small cubes. Pour the oil into a hot frying pan, put the onion and mushrooms and fry constantly stirring until golden brown. Transfer to a bowl to cool to room temperature.
2. Grate the cheese on a fine grater, add finely chopped parsley, cream cheese and fried mushrooms with onions, add salt and mix.
3. Put the bread on the parchment, put the filling, bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 10-13 minutes.
