Hearty "Fiesta" salad for dinner and New Year's Eve: we share an original recipe
For the New Year's table, you can prepare any salad from fresh, boiled, and baked vegetables, meat, cheese, and herbs. To make the dish hearty, add cheese, seafood, fish, meat, eggs, and herring.
The cook shared a recipe for a delicious Fiesta salad with fillet, hard cheese, and canned pineapple on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- boiled chicken fillet – 300 g
- hard cheese – 150 g
- chicken eggs – 4 pcs.
- fresh champignons – 300 g
- onion – 1 pc.
- fresh cucumber – 1 pc.
- canned pineapple – 1 byte.
- fresh dill – 4-5 sprigs
- mayonnaise – 100 ml
- vegetable oil – 50 ml
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the boiled chicken fillet into small cubes. Put the meat on a dish, season it with ground black pepper, and brush with a little mayonnaise.
2. Wash the fresh mushrooms, cut them into cubes, fry them together with the onion, cool them, and put them on top of the chicken fillet. Add salt and ground black pepper to taste and spread mayonnaise over the top.
3. The next layer is fresh cucumbers, mayonnaise, eggs, mayonnaise, grated cheese, herbs, and fried mushrooms on top.
4. Put the finished salad in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours!
