Ingredients:
- 1 chicken fillet
- 1 egg
- flour
- breadcrumbs
- dry garlic
- salt, pepper

- Caesar dressing
- tomatoes
- parmesan
- basil
Sauce:
- 50 g of thick yogurt
- 2 boiled egg yolks
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 3-5 anchovies
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- salt
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the chicken fillet lengthwise and beat off a little. Add salt and pepper.
2. In one plate, beat the egg with a fork. Pour the flour into the second. Add the breadcrumbs to the third. Add salt and dry garlic to each plate.
3. Dip the fillets in flour on both sides, then in the egg, and in the breadcrumbs. Fry in oil over medium heat
