Ingredients:

• 1 chicken fillet
• 1 egg
• flour
• breadcrumbs
• dry garlic
• salt, pepper

• Caesar dressing
• tomatoes

• basil

Sauce:

• 50 g of thick yogurt
• 2 boiled egg yolks
• 1 clove of garlic
• 1 tsp mustard seeds
• 3-5 anchovies
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• salt

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the chicken fillet lengthwise and beat off a little. Add salt and pepper.
