Ingredients:

  • Boiled beets – 4 pcs.
  • Korean-style carrots – 150 g (with seasonings)
  • Green onions – to taste
  • Pickled cucumbers – 100 g
  • Salt and pepper – to taste
  • Cold-pressed vegetable oil

Method of preparation:

1. Boil and grate the beets.

2. Add the Korean carrots, onions, cucumbers, spices, and oil, mix and you're done.
