- Boiled beets – 4 pcs.
- Korean-style carrots – 150 g (with seasonings)
- Green onions – to taste
- Pickled cucumbers – 100 g
- Salt and pepper – to taste
- Cold-pressed vegetable oil
Method of preparation:
1. Boil and grate the beets.
2. Add the Korean carrots, onions, cucumbers, spices, and oil, mix and you're done.
