It’s a duvet that inflates, creating this equal pressure up against you which allows for a beautiful, comfortable night’s rest," explains Hillary Coe, Vast's design and marketing director, who previously worked as a lead designer at SpaceX for five years and has held similar positions at Starlink, Google, and Apple.

Space enthusiasts will be able to stay at the station for up to 30 days, but it is not yet clear how much such a trip will cost. Given that a seat aboard the SpaceX Crew Dragon spacecraft to the ISS can cost about $55 million, Haven-1 will also be available to the richest only.
