Ingredients
- parsley - a bunch
- dill - a bunch
- garlic - 1 head
- hot pepper - 1-2 pcs
- sweet pepper - 4 pcs
- oil - 100 ml
- salt - 1 tbsp
- sugar - 5 tbsp
- apple cider vinegar - 6 tbsp
Method of preparation
1. Pass the vegetables and herbs through a meat grinder.
2. Add salt, sugar, oil and vinegar.
3. Stir and pour into jars.
4. Store in the refrigerator or a cool place. Makes two 370 ml jars.
