- potatoes - 500 g
- eggs - 1 pc
- onion - 1 pc
- flour - 2 tbsp
- salt/pepper
- oil for frying
Method of preparation:
1. Grate the potatoes on a fine grater and squeeze out the excess liquid. Grate the onion and add to the potatoes. Add the egg, salt/pepper and flour and mix.
2. Fry the pancakes in enough oil on both sides.
