Ingredients:
- Frozen pollock fillet - 1 kilogram
- Flour - 2 tablespoons
- Soda - 0.5 teaspoon
- Eggs - 2 pieces
- Sour cream - 2 tablespoons
- Salt/pepper - to taste
- Seasoning for fish - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Defrost the fillet in the refrigerator and drain all the liquid. Cut, salt/pepper, add seasoning.
2. Make the batter: mix flour, baking soda, sour cream, eggs, salt/pepper.
3. Dip the fish in the batter and fry over medium heat for 5-7 minutes on both sides until a crust forms.
