The cook shared a recipe for delicious battered fish on Instagram, which is very simple and quick to cook in a frying pan.

Ingredients:

  • Frozen pollock fillet - 1 kilogram
  • Flour - 2 tablespoons
  • Soda - 0.5 teaspoon
  • Eggs - 2 pieces
  • Sour cream - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt/pepper - to taste
  • Seasoning for fish - to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Defrost the fillet in the refrigerator and drain all the liquid. Cut, salt/pepper, add seasoning.

2. Make the batter: mix flour, baking soda, sour cream, eggs, salt/pepper.

3. Dip the fish in the batter and fry over medium heat for 5-7 minutes on both sides until a crust forms.

Any side dish will suit the dish!
