Ingredients:
- dumplings
- butter for frying
- sour cream - 2 tbsp
- ketchup/tomato sauce - 1-2 tbsp
- water - 1/2 cup
- hard cheese
- dill, parsley
- spices: salt, pepper, dried garlic
Method of preparation:
1. Put the dumplings in a hot frying pan, add butter, and cover with a lid.
2. Then add sour cream and water and cook until the water evaporates.
