Finnish egg roll with mushroom filling: the perfect dish for a hearty breakfast

The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious and satisfying Finnish egg roll with mushroom filling.
Ingredients:
- 5 eggs
- 2 tsp of sugar
- 0.5 tsp of salt
- 180 g of flour
- 330 ml of milk
- 30 g of butter
The filling:
- oil (for frying)
- mushrooms 300 g
- onion 1 pc
- cream cheese
Method of preparation:
1. Beat eggs in a bowl, add sugar, salt, and mix. Pour in half of the warm milk. Add 180 g of flour, mix well to avoid lumps, and pour in the rest of the milk.
2. Finally, add 30 g of melted butter, mix and let stand for 10 minutes. Pour the dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and cook in the oven for 30 minutes at 190 C.
3. Take out the finished pancake and cool it.
4. Fry the mushrooms with the onion in vegetable oil, remove from the heat, and add the cream cheese. Mix and grease, roll up, cut, and eat!
