Ingredients:
- Boiled chicken fillet - 300 g
- Chinese cabbage
- Boiled eggs - 2 pcs.
- Tomato - 1 pc.
- Grated cheese - 80 g
- Mayonnaise - to taste
- Toast bread/loaf - for crackers + paprika, salt
Method of preparation:
1. Chop all the ingredients.
2. Layer the salad: chicken - mayonnaise - Chinese cabbage - mayonnaise - tomato - eggs - mayonnaise - cheese - mayonnaise.
3. For the croutons: cut the toasted bread into cubes, sprinkle with paprika and salt, and fry in butter or Ghee.
