When you need to quickly prepare something delicious for tea, homemade kifli with cherries are a great idea. Frozen berries are fine. You just need to make the dough correctly to form sweet products from it, bake it quickly and treat your guests.

Ingredients:
- milk - 100 ml.
- dry yeast - 1 tbsp.
- sugar - 5 tsp.
- butter or margarine - 250 g.
- flour - 600 g.
- sour cream - 200 g.
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- powdered sugar for rolling
- any filling (you can take frozen cherries and sprinkle them with starch)
Method of preparation:
1. Add sugar, yeast, flour 2 tbsp to warm milk.
2. Stir and leave warm for 15-20 minutes.
3. Grind flour into crumbs with cold butter, add eggs, sour cream and dough.
4. Knead the dough and leave it warm for an hour.
5. Then divide it into three parts and roll it out.
6. Cut into triangles and put the filling.
7. Roll up and place on a baking sheet, bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
8. When hot, roll in powdered sugar.
