Ingredients:
- Sour cream – 350 g (20%)
- 3-in-1 coffee – 2 sachets
- Powdered sugar – 70 g
- Gelatin – 15 g
- Water – 100 ml
Method of preparation:
1. Mix sour cream with powdered sugar and beat well with a mixer until smooth.
2. Pour the coffee with water, wait until it cools slightly and add the gelatin, then mix.
3. Add coffee to the sour cream, stir, or beat with a mixer.
4. Pour the mixture into the mold and refrigerate for 4-6 hours until it is completely frozen.
