The cook shared a recipe for delicious puff pastry sticks with bacon and cheese on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- puff pastry 275 g
- bacon 150 g
- cream cheese 70 g
- mushrooms 3-4 pcs.
- hard cheese 100 g (mozzarella + parmesan)
- egg yolk for greasing if desired
Method of preparation:
1. Spread the puff pastry with cream cheese, put a layer of mushrooms on top, sprinkle with hard cheese. Cover with another layer of dough.
2. Cut the dough into strips, put bacon on each one, and roll it up.
3. Transfer to a baking sheet, brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds, and bake at 200 C for 15 minutes!
