Delicious "Three Milk" cheesecakes according to Misha Katsurin's recipe: made with two types of cream
Cheesecakes are a great option for a tasty and satisfying breakfast. To make them tender and homogeneous, the cottage cheese should be rubbed through a sieve or blended.
On Instagram, chef Misha Katsurin shared a recipe for delicious homemade Three Moloki cheesecakes, which are very tender.
Ingredients:
- cottage cheese 10% 300
- egg 1 pc
- semolina 2 tbsp.
- sugar 1 tbsp.
- vanilla sugar 1 tsp.
- salt
- fat cream 250
- powdered sugar 50
- condensed milk 50
- cream cheese (Philadelphia) 100 g
- fermented baked milk 100 g
- boiled condensed milk 50 g
- butter 1 tbsp
- wheat flour
- hazelnut
Method of preparation:
1. Mix cottage cheese, egg, semolina, vanilla and regular sugar, salt in a blender. Cover with cling film and set aside for half an hour.
2. Form the cheesecakes with a glass and wheat flour. Fry until golden brown in butter.
3. Cream 1. Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar with a whisk/mixer. Add cream cheese and condensed milk and mix.
4. Cream 2. Mix cream, fermented baked milk, and boiled condensed milk. Mix until the mixture is homogeneous.
5. Put the finished cheesecakes on a plate, pour over the cream, and sprinkle with nut crumbs!
