Delicious sushi cake for the New Year's table: a simple recipe for a hearty dish
If you like sushi, you have a great opportunity to prepare a delicious appetizer for the New Year holidays in the form of a sushi cake, which is much easier to prepare than sushi, and tastes the same.
The cook shared a recipe for a delicious sushi cake made of rice, avocado, and red fish on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- 300 g of round-grain rice + 400 ml of water
Dressing:
- 100 ml of hot water
- 2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Filling:
- 250 g of cream cheese
- 1 cucumber
- 1 avocado
- 2-3 sheets of nori
- 300 g of lightly salted fish
- sesame seeds if desired
Method of preparation:
1. Cook the rice as if it were sushi, adding vinegar, sugar and salt after cooking.
2. Put the first layer of rice on the dish, cream cheese on top, then chopped nori, cheese, cucumber, cream cheese again, avocado, cream cheese, fish and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
3. Serve with soy sauce, it will be delicious!
