Ingredients
- potatoes - 4 pcs
- carrots - ¼ pc
- onion - 1 pc
- mushrooms - 7 pcs
- boiling water - 400 ml
- cloves - 4 pcs
- allspice - 5 pcs
- bay leaf - 2-3 pcs
- 30% cream - 50 ml
- salt
- pepper
- dry garlic
- croutons for serving
Method of preparation
1. Peel the potatoes and carrots and cut them into small pieces.
2. Put the cloves, pepper and bay leaf in a saucepan.
3. Add the vegetables and salt and pour boiling water so that it is 2 fingers above them. Cook until the potatoes are soft. Remove the foam.
4. Chop the onion and fry in butter until golden brown.
5. Add the mushrooms and fry until tender. Set aside a few slices of mushrooms for serving.
6. When the vegetables are cooked, remove the spices from the broth.
7. Add the mushrooms and onions to the pot and beat until a smooth consistency is obtained.
8. Add cream and beat again.
9. Put on the stove and cook, stirring constantly for 1 minute.
10. Pour the soup into bowls. Garnish with mushrooms, herbs and croutons before serving.
