Delicious juicy cutlets: a simple recipe
Homemade chicken cutlets are one of the fastest dishes. In addition, they are almost always very juicy. Cooks also advise adding grated raw vegetables, cheese, amd mushrooms to the minced meat, as these products will add even more juiciness.
Hector Jimenez Bravo shared a recipe for delicious, juicy chicken cutlets with mushroom filling on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- chicken fillet - 1 pc
- yolk - 1 pc
- red onion - 1 pc
- breadcrumbs - 1 tbsp
- salt
- black pepper
- mushrooms - 150 g
- cream - 2 tbsp
- mozzarella - 100 g
Method of preparation:
1. Finely chop the chicken and red onion. Add the egg yolk, salt, pepper and breadcrumbs.
2. Form cutlets with wet hands and bake them in the oven.
3. Chop and fry the mushrooms and add cream and seasonings.
4. Put this mixture on top of the cutlets, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for another 10 minutes until golden brown.
