For example, food expert Svitlana Levytska recently shared a recipe for pancakes that are perfect for lunch on her Instagram. They have a delicious and juicy filling and a very unusual presentation.
Ingredients for the pancakes
- milk - 250 ml
- water - 250 ml
- eggs - 2 pcs
- flour - 260 g
- oil - 2-3 tbsp
Ingredients for bechamel sauce
- butter - 50 g
- flour - 50 g
- milk - 500 ml
- pepper - a pinch
- nutmeg - a pinch
- salt - ½ tsp
Ingredients for the filling
- chicken fillet - 500 g
- onion - 1 pc
- garlic - 2 cloves
- bell pepper - 1 pc
- tomatoes - 2 pcs
- paprika - 1 tsp
- oregano - ½ tsp
- salt
- pepper
Method of preparation
1. Prepare the pancakes. Mix all the ingredients so that there are no lumps.
2. Bake the pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
3. Put them aside.
4. Prepare the sauce. Melt butter in a frying pan, add flour, fry until golden, pour in milk and bring it to a thickening, stirring constantly.
5. Cover with cling film for storage. Bechamel sauce can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
6. Prepare the filling. Fry the chicken in a frying pan until golden brown.
7. Add onion and garlic. Stew.
8. Add pepper and tomatoes. Season with spices to taste.
9. Form the dish. Put one pancake in a small bowl.
10. Put grated mozzarella cheese and 1 tsp of sauce on the bottom.
11. Add the filling, close with the free edge of the pancake and turn it over.
12. Put the pancakes in the baking dish. Pour the sauce on top, sprinkle with cheese, and bake at 180 degrees until the cap turns golden.
