Crispy quiche with red fish for lunch: how to prepare a delicious dish

Quiche is perfect for a quick and hearty lunch. All you need to do is make a simple shortcrust pastry. It goes perfectly with the juicy filling and is very crispy.

Food blogger Yulia Symonchuk (cook julia simonchuk) shared her recipe for salmon and broccoli quiche on Instagram. Choose cheese that melts well.

Ingredients:

  • flour - 250 g
  • butter - 125 g
  • egg - 1 pc
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • cold water - 3 tbsp

Ingredients for the filling:

  • lightly salted salmon - 300 g
  • broccoli - 300 g
  • egg - 3 pcs
  • 10-20% cream - 500 ml
  • hard cheese - 200 g

Method of preparation:

1. Add salt and grated cold butter to flour.

2. Add egg and water and knead the dough quickly.

3. Wrap in plastic film and refrigerate for an hour.

4. Boil broccoli and cut the fish into pieces.

5. Roll out the dough into a layer, transfer it to the mold, and make the sides.

6. Fill with broccoli and fish and sprinkle everything with cheese.

7. Pour eggs beaten with cream over.

8. Bake at 180 degrees for 50 minutes.

9. Let cool and stabilize a little.
