Crispy potatoes in a rustic style with herbs and garlic: a recipe for dinner
Baked potatoes in a rustic way are one of the most delicious and satisfying dishes. To make the potatoes crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, you can boil them a little beforehand and then bake them with spices and oil.
The cook shared a recipe for delicious rustic potatoes on Instagram, which are very flavorful and crispy.
Ingredients:
- potatoes – 8 pcs
- spices for potatoes – 1 tbsp
- salt to taste
- oil – 50 ml
- greens – 100 g
- garlic – 2 cloves
- parchment paper
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the potatoes, cut into slices. Sprinkle with spices for potatoes. Put the potato slices in a row on a baking sheet covered with parchment. Brush the parchment with oil.
2. Cook for 40-45 minutes at 180°C, 50 minutes if you want it crispy!
Serve with sauces, garlic, salads!
