Tips:
- to make the batter spread more easily, leave the pan to cool for 30 seconds-1 minute after each pancake
- layer out the batter with a spatula
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 120 g of sugar
- 120 g of melted butter
- 150 g of flour
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- vanilla
- 370 g of boiled condensed milk
Method of preparation:
1. Beat eggs with sugar with a mixer for 10 minutes until light in color and increased in volume. Add salt, melted butter, flour and vanilla and mix at low speed.
2. 1 tbsp of batter makes 1 pancake. Pour the batter on a preheated pan (the heat should be moderate). Layer out with a spatula and fry on both sides for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
3. Put the pancakes on a wire rack right away and roll them up.
4. Fill the cooled rolls with condensed milk and add nuts if desired. Enjoy!
