Crispy chebureks with mineral water and minced meat for a snack: the easiest recipe
Chebureks are one of the most satisfying dishes made from dough and minced meat. It's worth noting that the dough can be cooked with mineral water, and it can also be replaced with pita bread.
The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious, hearty, and easy-to-prepare minced meat chebureks.
Ingredients:
- Flour - 400 g
- Mineral water - 200 ml
- Salt - 1 tsp without top
- Sugar - 1 tsp without top
- Oil - 2 tbsp
Filling:
- Minced meat - 300 g
- Onion - 1 pc. large
- Salt - 1 tsp without top
- Pepper - 1/3 tsp
- Mineral or ordinary water 100 ml
- Oil for frying
Method of preparation:
1. Add salt and sugar to the flour, and mix in the oil. Pour in water and knead the dough, leave for 15-20 minutes.
2. Add salt, pepper, onion (blend or chop into small cubes), and water to the minced meat. Mix everything (the minced meat should be liquid).
3. Next, divide the dough into pieces. Roll out a circle, put the minced meat on one half, cover with the other half, and squeeze well.
4. Fry in preheated vegetable oil until golden brown over low heat on both sides. Put on paper napkins to absorb excess fat.
