The cook shared a recipe for a delicious and light crab salad with Chinese cabbage on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • crab sticks – 200 g
  • Canned corn – 1 can
  • cucumbers – 2 pcs
  • boiled eggs – 3 pcs
  • salt/pepper to taste
  • Chinese cabbage – 150 g

Ingredients for the dressing:

  • sour cream – 3 tbsp
  • mustard – 1 tsp

Method of preparation:

1. Finely chop the cabbage, cucumbers, and crab sticks. Dice the egg. Put everything in a bowl and add canned corn.

2. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Season with mustard and sour cream, and mix well.
