Ingredients for 12 buns:
- 2 eggs
- 50 g of sugar, vanilla
- 250 g of cottage cheese
- 250 g of flour
- 8 g of baking powder
- 20 g of melted butter
- egg yolk and a spoonful of milk for greasing
Method of preparation:
1. Beat eggs with butter, add sugar, vanilla, mix well. Add cottage cheese, flour and baking powder, mix well. Gather the dough into a ball.
2. Cut the dough into pieces, then make a ball out of each, put the chocolate inside, and roll it back into a ball.
3. Put them on a baking sheet, brush the top with egg yolk and milk. Bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
