Chocolate pancakes with cherries and cottage cheese for Butter Week: the recipe for the most successful dough

Pancakes are a symbol of the Butter Week holiday, which began in Ukraine on February 24 and will last until March 2. You can cook any kind of pancakes with completely different fillings during the holiday week.

The cook shared a recipe for delicious chocolate pancakes with cherry filling and a cheese layer on Instagram.

Ingredients:

Dough:

• 3 eggs
• 40 g of sugar
• 450 g of milk
• 150 g of flour
• 20 g of cocoa
• 30 g of melted butter
• 1 tsp of thinner
• a pinch of salt

Cherries:

• 400 g pitted cherries
• 2 tbsp of sugar
• 2 tbsp starch

Curd mass:

• 350 g of cottage cheese
• 40 g of sugar
• 20 g of cream

Method of preparation:

1. Dough: beat everything with a blender so that there are no lumps. Fry the pancakes until cooked.

2. Cherry filling: cover with sugar and put on low heat, cook for 3 minutes. Dilute the starch with cold water and pour into the cherries and cook for another 1-2 minutes, then cool.

3. Curd mass: beat everything in a blender.

4. Put the cherry filling on the pancake, roll it up, put the curd mass and roll it up again.
