Ingredients for the dough:
- Flour - 230 g
- Sugar - 85 g
- Eggs - 1 pc
- Cocoa - 30 g
- Butter - 130 g
- Baking powder - 1 tsp
- Salt - a pinch
For the filling:
- Cottage cheese - 600 g
- Butter - 60 g
- Sugar - 90 g
- Starch - 40 g
- Eggs - 2 pcs
Method of preparation:
1. Mix flour, cocoa, baking powder, sugar and salt. Add the chopped butter and mix into crumbs, add the egg and mix. Divide the finished dough into two parts, put one smaller one in the freezer.

2. For the filling: combine all the ingredients and beat with an immersion blender.
