If you want to really surprise your guests, but all the salads have already been eaten, then prepare a delicious appetizer that everyone will love – "Cheesecake" with red fish, cream cheese, and olives.
The FoodOboz editorial team shares a recipe for a delicious and satisfying New Year's Eve appetizer salad called Cheesecake.
Ingredients:
- Cream cheese 500 g
- Trout 300 g
- Cucumber 1/2 pc.
- Olives
- Dill
The base:
- Cracker 300 g
- Spinach 70 g
- Butter 2 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Mix the biscuits with spinach and butter. Put them on the bottom of the dish and refrigerate to harden.
2. Chop the trout, olives, dill, and cucumber, add the cream cheese, mix, and put on the first layer.
Garnish with fish on top!
You can add crab sticks, shrimp, and avocado to this dish, and it will be delicious.
