Caramel coffee liqueur: how to make a delicious alcoholic drink at home
Almost every family has a variety of alcoholic beverages during the holidays. You can buy them in stores or make them yourself, adjusting the taste to your own preferences.
Food blogger Eduard Nasirov knows exactly how to make caramel-coffee liqueur at home so that it tastes better than any store-bought one. On Instagram, he shared what you need to do this and what kind of alcohol base is best suited for this.
Ingredients
- Boiled condensed milk – 200 g
- Alcohol – 250 ml
- Water – 500 ml
- Freshly ground coffee – 4 tsp.
Method of preparation
1. Brew strong coffee in 150 ml of water and strain.
2. Combine 100 ml of water and boiled, condensed milk.
3. Heat the mixture to a boil, stirring. The condensed milk should be completely dissolved.
4. Combine the caramel mixture with the strained coffee.
5. Dilute the alcohol with water in a 1:1 ratio.
6. Add the alcohol base to the coffee and caramel syrup and mix thoroughly.
7. Pour into bottles and cork. Store in the refrigerator.
