"Burger" salad: the perfect alternative to the usual fast food
If you like fast food and don't want to ruin your figure by eating it all the time, you should choose an alternative. For example, it can be a single indulgence in proper nutrition. But the best thing is a light version of your favorite dish.
For example, celebrity chef Hector Jimenez-Bravo posted a recipe for the Burger salad on his Instagram page. It retains the familiar flavors but gives lightness and a new serving format.
Ingredients
- Boiled rice – 1 cup
- Minced beef – 200 gr
- Tomato – 1 pc
- Iceberg salad – 1 pc
- Blue onion – 1 pc
Ingredients for the sauce
- Salted cucumber – 2 pcs
- Mayonnaise – 1 tbsp
- Ketchup – 2 tbsp
- Sweet mustard – 1 tsp
Method of preparation
1. Fry the minced meat and season with spices.
2. For the sauce, finely chop the cucumbers and mix the ingredients.
3. Assemble in layers and season.
