Baked potatoes with cheese and unusual sauce: it will be very soft and tasty
Potatoes are ideal for baking, as well as for making mashed potatoes, soups, casseroles, pies, patties, and pies. Potatoes can also be fried with mushrooms and onions.

Ingredients:
- 1 kg of potatoes
- 50 ml of oil
- 1 tsp of paprika
- 1 tsp of dried garlic
- salt and black pepper to taste
- 100 g of hard cheese
- 100 g of sour cream
- 2 tsp pesto sauce
- green onions
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the potatoes in half and place them in a bowl.
2. Next, mix 50 ml of oil, a teaspoon of paprika, a teaspoon of dried garlic, salt and black pepper to taste. Mix well and pour over the potatoes.
3. Then grate 100 g of hard cheese. Sprinkle the cheese on a baking sheet covered with parchment and place the potatoes cut side down; you can also brush the sauce on top. Bake in a preheated 200°C oven for about 30 minutes.
4. Sauce: mix sour cream with pesto and add finely chopped green onions.
