Baked potatoes with a crispy crust for dinner: we share the secret of cooking a delicious dish
Potatoes can be eaten for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This is because it is a product that can be the basis for preparing almost any first, second course and even an appetizer.
Tip: to make the potatoes soft, you need to boil them first and then bake them!
- small potatoes - 1 kg
- Parmesan cheese - 100 g
- olive oil - 3-4 tbsp.
- spices: paprika, onion, red pepper and curry - to taste
- salt - a pinch
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the potatoes well and cook for 15-20 minutes.
2. Cut in half, add spices, mix.
3. Drizzle olive oil over the baking sheet and sprinkle generously with Parmesan. Place the potatoes on top, cut side down, directly on the Parmesan. Drizzle with olive oil (you can also add your favorite spices), and bake at 200 C until golden crisp.
Serve the potatoes with rosemary sour cream!
