Baked chicken thighs with honey, rosemary and garlic: a simple recipe for a festive dish
Chicken meat is a very valuable and easy-to-prepare product that can be the basis for making delicious chops, salads, snacks, and cutlets. Any part of the chicken can also be baked deliciously with vegetables, cheese, spices, and lemon.
The cook shared a recipe for delicious baked chicken thighs with rosemary and honey on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- Chicken thigh fillet - 500-700 g
- Kefir 2.5% - 250 ml
- Olive oil - 3-4 tbsp
- Honey - 1 tbsp.
- Dried oregano - 1 tsp. without a slide
- Garlic - 5 cloves.
- Rosemary - a few sprigs
- Salt and pepper
For baking:
- Lemon - 1/2 pc.
- Rosemary - 2 sprigs
- Thyme - 5-6 sprigs
- Ground pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Mix all the ingredients for the marinade together with the kefir.
2. Marinate the chicken, cover the container with foil, and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, preferably overnight.
3. Then take out the chicken, put it in a baking dish, add lemon, rosemary sprigs, thyme, and sprinkle with ground pepper.
4. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees!
