Baked cauliflower in ginger marinade for dinner: a recipe for a light dish
Cauliflower can be boiled, baked, stewed, and breaded. It also makes a delicious and healthy soup.
- cabbage - 1 pc
- fresh ginger - 10-15 pcs
- garlic - 1 clove
- soy sauce - 2 tbsp
- olive oil - 2 tbsp
- lemon juice - 2 tbsp
- honey - 1 tbsp
Method of preparation:
1. Disassemble the cabbage into florets and cut in half lengthwise.
2. Marinade: grate ginger and garlic on a fine grater, mix with oil, lemon juice, soy sauce and honey.
3. Put the cabbage in a baking dish, pour the marinade over it and leave for at least 30 minutes. Then bake for 25-30 minutes at 200 C.
