Boil or bake

It's better not to boil beets, because when they are cooked, the juices come out very quickly, which affects the taste, color, and texture.

Beetroot is best baked, only then you will get the most intense flavor, color, and benefits from the product! Be sure to wrap the beets in foil and bake at 200 C for 20-30 minutes!

When the beets are ready, they should be peeled right by hand, grated or cut into large pieces, seasoned with oil, salt, and pepper, and added with herbs, cheese, and garlic!
