In the Rostov region of the Russian Federation, after the latest drone attacks, a "power shortage" suddenly emerged. As a result, on July 6, the region announced the introduction of a schedule of temporary power outages for household consumers.

This was reported by Russian propaganda media. Meanwhile, local publics are howling about the "inconvenience": Russians complain that instead of the announced 2-3 hours, they are without electricity for 6-9 hours, and sometimes for a day or more.

Rosseti Yug reported that a schedule of temporary power outages for household consumers was being introduced in Rostov Region. The reason was called "capacity shortage," though the company did not bother to explain what caused it.

At the same time, Rosseti Yug emphasizes that it will allegedly cut off power to residential consumers according to a schedule "agreed with the Ministry of Industry and Energy of the region" and promised to cancel the outage "after the power shortage is eliminated."

The schedule, according to local media, provides for power outages of up to 2-3 hours. But in reality, Russians complain that they have been without power for 6-9-12 hours. Some locals claim that their electricity went out the day before, and many people have no water supply and no way to cook in their homes with electric stoves.

Those whose electricity is not nominally cut off report extremely low voltage, which causes even light bulbs to work intermittently, not to mention more energy-intensive devices such as microwaves, air conditioners, or electric kettles.

Notably, the "inconvenience" affected not only household users: in Rostov-on-Don, locals report that traffic lights have been out for two days, and employees and visitors have been evacuated from shopping centers after the power outage.

At the same time, judging by numerous comments, no one has shown the graphs to the public either, and the phones that Russians call to find out anything are not answered.

"Where can I see this schedule? It's important for consumers to at least adjust to it to minimize inconvenience", "Please show us the schedule of streets for today's shutdown, I doubt that everything is on schedule, and there is no information about when it will be given", "It is impossible to reach anyone, after 10 minutes of waiting for the "first available employee", the call is disconnected", residents of the aggressor state are outraged.

"Stone Age. Soon we will be burning lucha. Is this a breakthrough?" – outraged Rostov residents, who had previously rejoiced in their aggressive state's attempts to plunge Ukraine into the "Stone Age".

Some Russians are trying to convince themselves and others that the reason for what is happening is not the aggressive war unleashed by Russia against the neighboring state, but the fact that "the city was given to the Muscovites and began to be built up with ugly housing estates."

Some people wondered about the reasons for the "shortage" and suspected that the Russian authorities simply do not care about the population.

"I wonder when, instead of questions, they will write what is really happening and why. I'm going to set a timer and add two weeks to it," said one commenter.

As a reminder, on the night of July 5, explosions occurred in the Rostov region. Later, it turned out that "unknown drones" attacked an oil refinery and a fire broke out.

Also that night, the Russian Federation announced an attack on Primorsko-Akhtarsk, from where the occupiers launch Shakheds into Ukraine.

On the night of July 4, as a result of an operation by the Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine, the Tambov Powder Plant in the Russian city of Kotovsk was hit on the morning of July 4. The attack was carried out with the help of kamikaze drones, one of which successfully hit the enemy's military-industrial complex.
